President Suzie brought the meeting to order at 12:15PM.

Sherry Collins has had a return of her cancer, this time in one lung, and asks for your laughs when she returns. Jack Mitchell hopes to return soon, as soon as his MD is not longer requiring him to come in at 11:45 on Thursdays.
Pat Kenney introduced the visiting Rotarians and Guests. Larry Valente interrupted his lunch (!) to lead the Welcome Song.
President Suzie thanked the other volunteers: Scribe, Kathleen Smith; Set-up, Paul Donick, Dan Malloy, Gary Saks, Vern Cook.
Announcements were made by: Sandie Dewane announced that the March birthday cake was donated by Belmont Village - Thanks Sandie, and Larry Holly - better known as Buddy, led the song.
Suzie and John O'Neill gave updates on the swiftly approaching Golf Tournament and reported that we now have 90 players, sponsors and auction items. Arilla asked for donations for a "man cave". We still need more players.
Charley Crew reminded all that April 1 is the TGIX which will begin at Chin's and finish at the Crew's where they will serve dessert and coffee and see China pictures. Be sure to confirm with Jeanne Hawkins so she can make reservations at Chin's. She has negotiated a huge dinner for $20. No host bar.
Karen Stelman shared a personal note from her granddaughter, who is a teacher in Japan, and her son who is on the USS Ronald Reagen.
Jason Salazar introduced the prospective new members of the Foundation Board: Rick Bramble, Gabriel Brown and Tom Giles. Motions were made and a vote taken to vote them all in. He also reminded all of the benefits of donating to the Japan effort through our club (matching funds) and that the deadline was next week - March 31.
Kathleen Smith introduced Michelle Ramirez from Cal State San Marcos, and she introduced her team, business program seniors who are doing a survey to help the Ed Brown Center.
John O'Neill was back as the Finemaster we love to Boo, and fined Karen Stelman and Charley Crew, and then took Happy Bucks, including a whopping $100 from Jim Reading in thanks for all the club had done for him recently. Bob Wells followed his lead by giving $1 (no I didn't forget the zeroes).
Carol Corey introduced the speaker, Marcos Li Mandri of New City America who spoke about the Business Districts' Revitalization. Gary Saks presented the book for the Poway Middle School.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:30PM, followed by the surveys taken by the CSSM students. They were very grateful and conducted 15 surveys. Their goal was 10-20. They also shared that we were the best group they had encountered.
