As part of Rancho Bernardo Rotary’s program to welcome our new members, this past Monday March 23, 2015, the club had a “Fireside Chat” to allow the new members an opportunity to interact with the current Board and committee chairs. It was held at Carvers Restaurant where lively “round table” discussions took place and refreshments were served.

In the past 12 months (April 1014-March 2015) the Rancho Bernardo Rotary Club has been fortunate to add 10 new Regular Members plus one special Honorary Member. Every new member brings to the RB Rotary exceptional and varied backgrounds which will enable this local service organization to better serve the Rancho Bernardo Community. The Rancho Bernardo Rotary recently celebrated their 50th Anniversary and for the past three years has contributed in excess of $55,000 each year to local charities, and over the 50 years approximately $2,000,000. Membership Chair Jim Hyldahl, Past President Gary Saks and current President Don Glover are honored to have this distinguished group of individuals join our great organization.
