Rotarians are known to go the extra mile. We have such a Rotarian in our midst that bears recognizing. Our own James Hyldahl, better know to us as "Smokin' Jim", is a gourmet meat smoker and BBQ connoisseur who has used his talents to create a unique fundraising opportunity for our club and Foundation.
Jim has been creating smoked salmon and thick-cut bacon for sale to our members and sales have been robust. He is quite a talent and as an added bonus has absorbed all of the costs so that all sales go to our club or Foundation. Great job Jim and thanks for your dedication to Rotary and "Service Above Self”.
