Like a lot of Rotary Clubs, we provide dictionaries to 3rd graders in local elementary schools.
It's a very popular program and, although we live in a digital age, we've verified that the teachers, parents and kids love it.
The first step is placing labels in the dictionaries stating our Four Way Test:
1. Is it the truth
2. Is it fair to all concerned
3. Will it build goodwill and better friendships
4. Will it be beneficial to all concerned.

Our annual labeling party is a lot of fun and only builds the sense of family in our club.
